This is our 6th VW beetle from the same dealer. This time the car we wanted was hard to get and was ordered for us without knowledge of price or financing. Every time before we thought we had walked away with a reasonable deal. This time I felt that I got screwed. I lease cars as they look new after 3-5 years and we dont put many miles on them. I started months in advance looking for the final edition but the dealer drug his feet. So on the last day of the lease one came in and offered no discount knowing we wanted that car. It goes to show you there is no loyalty left for return customers at this dealership. I waited an entire day to have the car cleaned since it was driven to the dealership over 200 miles away. It was filthy. Bug spatters on the windshield and front of the car. Just a half-xxx wash job, I would have fired the entire detail shop delivering a car that way. I will say that our salesman was willing to do anything but the sales manager who we have known for 15 years is now just a jerk and laughed off the filthy car. I'll never buy another car from Pete Moore VW More

While we were waiting, he not only supplied us with never ending coffee, but arranged for another customer to have her loaner car picked up and her new car delivered since she was sick. He is a genuine and nice person. He made my "most hated" adult experience of buying a car extremely pleasant. I will definitely contact him first for our future car needs. More

We shopped a few different dealerships before we found Pete Moore Import in Pensacola. It was a pleasure to buy a new VW Atlas from Mark at Pete Moore Import. His Sales Manager, Jeff was also pleasant and helpful. At one dealership we called, I explained that we are a cash buyer and asked what they had available. We've never heard back from them. I was amazed at the lack of follow up. What I liked the most was they are simple to do business with. Other dealerships we visited had the old "push" approach to making the sale while Pete Moore is using a consultative style. Both Mark and Jeff were eager to be of service.
