The car was to be titled in my daughter's name and she was paying most of the cost. We were assisted by Mark Torrelli, who was very personable, and helped us answer the questions we had about the car. My daughter was impressed with the car, and we decided to buy. We were shown to a comfortable waiting area for a brief time as the paperwork was prepared. But once we were called in, the process of signing the paperwork and getting on our way was the most expedient I have ever seen. This was a great experience and my daughter is very happy with the car. Perhaps the most notable aspect of the experience though for her, was that everyone dealt with her professionally as the buyer of the car - even though I was there. As a 21 year old buying her first car, she wasn't sure what to expect, and being treated with that kind of respect meant a lot to her. . More
