My wife and I were just checking out cars in the lot after visiting a different dealer and having a less than stellar experience. We were about to walk to a different lot when Mark walked up. He took over asking price and what models were were looking at. We told him that we were looking at Jetta's online. He took us in and found the cars. Then we went for a test drive in not just one but both and he encouraged us to go for more than just around the block. So when we came back we went and started working numbers. He got the car under our budget and asked us if we wanted water. After saying no and that we hadnt eaten and would be going after we left, he told us to follow him. He took us upstairs to get some food while we waited. Kim was amazing at explaining everything while we signed the paper work. I can't say enough great things about this place and about Mark. I would recommend this dealer over and over again. They just gained a loyal customer. More

Mark was exemplary in his dealings with us. He took extra care explaining how all the various features of the infotainment system worked. Straight forward, no hassle dealings ensuring we fully understood everything he explained to us. We had previously sent our son and his wife to Pete Moore's for a new car and they also worked with Mark and also experienced outstanding service while purchasing their new Beetle. While finalizing the paperwork we worked with Kim Gilbert for the 3rd time and once again experienced superb, clear and understandable information regarding financing. Pete Moore has put together an outstanding staff from Jeff in Management, Mark in sales, Kim in finance to Rich in service. We now have a superbly detailed 2nd car and a "WOW" new Dune Beetle. Outstanding Dealership, Outstanding People. Yesterday I returned my Jetta as part of the VW buy back, and was once again dreading the long painful process of buying a new car, along with the p Yesterday I returned my Jetta as part of the VW buy back, and was once again dreading the long painful process of buying a new car, along with the pushy sales people, but Pete Moore was not what I had expected from a car dealership. I was already set on the Passat R-Line and was introduced to Mark Torelli, who was what every salesman should be. He even went the extra mile and had every car on the lot of different colors (interior/exterior) I was interested in pulled next to one another, so I could look at them side by side, and decide on what I wanted rather than me walking all around the lot looking at cars. This made my decision making process much easier, and much less stressful. Next was the even more miserable part of working with finance and signing 14 million papers. I was introduced to Kim Gilbert, who to my surprise made this part as simple and expeditious as I have ever experienced in any dealership. I have dealt with a number of dealerships across a number of different makes, and I can honestly say Pete Moore VW is hands down the BEST I have ever dealt with. Thank you Mark, and Kim for making this a positive car buying experience!! More
