On game day, the car was ready, he was very nice, and we went our test drive....We were super disappointed! : ( So we were talking with him about possible other cars in our price point! He showed us a Turbo Bug they had and encouraged us to test drive it. We did and it was awesome! So we talked price and left to look at other cars. We could not find anything else we like in the price range. Came back and talked price, financing and such. The process was super easy. No getting jerked around. They were clear on the price they could afford, what they could do with my trade in (2004 Passat), gave us a very reasonable trade-in. We felt honored in the process. No games, no waiting around for hours. Just great, clear service! I had been pre-approved for a loan, but they beat USAA by over 2%. Kim Gilbert, was fast, efficient, nice and personable. Danny Freeman, the manager, was clear on what he could offer me, and what he could not. No games.....and no pressure to buy...just what was available, and what was not. After we came back we were driving back home in about 1.5 hours with our new car! We highly recommend Mark Torelli, and Pete Moore VW. More

Didn't think it would happen! Mark took me from a 2010 Mazda (tiny) 59k mi to a strong 2016 Jetta TSI with 12mi on it. Not only that but with minimal down payment my car note is no Mark took me from a 2010 Mazda (tiny) 59k mi to a strong 2016 Jetta TSI with 12mi on it. Not only that but with minimal down payment my car note is now LOWER then my old mazdas!!! Ridiculous! Come in for an oil change got an AMAZING car and saved money!!! Mark is the real deal and there's no such thing as buyers remorse with him he ensures you're getting what you should!!!! Kimberly is always the face of happiness in adversity. Excellent service I was recently in an accident and have a cast on my left arm, right foot. We needed to get another car ASAP for the multiple doctor visits and somethi I was recently in an accident and have a cast on my left arm, right foot.
