Jeff introduced us to Mark Torelli our (salesman who was absolutely fantastic. Mark was patience and not pushy and was excellent in determining our needs. Rich the tech guy is a genius when it comes to linking your phone and car. Kim the sales finance manager was efficient and yet quite personable. Definitely worth the drive out of town! Mark Torelli was a great salesman from multiple emails before the sale to following up after. We had to drive more than 2 hours, in heavy traffic, to Mark Torelli was a great salesman from multiple emails before the sale to following up after. We had to drive more than 2 hours, in heavy traffic, to get to this dealer but it was worth the trip and we will be heading back this way for any service needed. Excellent Car Buying Experience At the recommendation of a close friend, I went to Pete Moore Volkswagen to look at replacing my much-loved and now totaled out Scion xB. I was greet At the recommendation of a close friend, I went to Pete Moore Volkswagen to look at replacing my much-loved and now totaled out Scion xB. I was greeted by Mark Torelli who had been informed of my needs. Having a good idea of what I was looking for, he asked me my color choice. I responded in kind and in very short order, he pulled a beautiful brand new Volkswagen Golf TSI that was ready to test. After test driving a several more vehicles (including looking at other options and even other dealerships) it was clear that Mark had picked the winner for me. I'm a very happy owner of that Volkswagen Golf TSI and I don't know if I would be in one had it not been for Mark's very easy and smooth salesmanship. More

Best car buying experience... EVER! If you're on a budget but you or your significant other have your/their heart set on a particular model, this is the place to go. Mark and Kim kept working the numbers until they had a payment plan that didn't scare the bejeezes out of me. I know the whole team was involved in making that happen but I, unfortunately didn't get their names.. I even had the opportunity to visit the service department for repair of a minor problem after I drove the car home, free of charge, as these folk stand behind what they sell. More

I am a full time college student and my wife is the only one working, and the bottom line is, times are just tough right now. The transmission in my old car went out and I couldn't afford to get it repaired and we had to find another car quickly and we decided that we wanted a used Smart Car, because they get great gas mileage and they are pretty cheap. Mark Torelli was amazing and helped us out so much! He was able to cut us a great deal, came down on the price of the car, and helped us to get affordable monthly payments on the car while I complete college. Everyone there was very helpful, and honest and just genuine people. This dealer is not your typical car salesman looking to rip you off for every penny they can. We are very happy with our new car and very thankful to Mark for all of his help! More
