Mark made this alot easier than other dealerships I had visited in neighboring states. Excellent response time and communication overall. Easy, no pressure sale. Very good follow up after the purchase. He worked hard to get me into the car I wanted despite a few challenges. Mark Torelli answered me I was looking for a VW EOS certain color exterior and interior, went online to ask the three VW dealerships close to my area. Mark Torelli answered me first, stated he only had one on the lot, but he could order any color I wanted. I knew that would be out of my budget, so I told him I would ride to the lot the next day when I was off ( which was Saturday) and talk to him. In about an 1 hour, Mark emailed me and ask if he could send me a text with a picture of a lease turned in... I received the picture it was the exact car I wanted same color inside and out. I told Mark I would be down to the lot, as soon as I got off Friday afternoon, I traded in my VW Jetta and purchased my dream car VW EOS and was on my way in about a 2 hours... they are amazing!! I am employed at Navy Federal Credit Union and have told alot of my co workers about my experience with Pete Moore VW team, Mark Torelli, Danny Freeman and Aaron Eblen, and Mike Kern for getting the car thru the service department so fast. They are an awesome team!!!I will surely purchase another car from Pete Moore. More
