Great Service I first met my salesman on the phone and he was very pleasant. He answered all my questions thoroughly and we made an appointment for my husband and I first met my salesman on the phone and he was very pleasant. He answered all my questions thoroughly and we made an appointment for my husband and I to come see the vehicle we were interested in. We were greeted warmly and courteously and we proceeded to make a great deal. Everything was explained to us and demonstrated and we had no questions when our salesman was done. We purchased the vehicle we wanted without any bad experiences which we have had in the past at other car dealerships. From the test drive to the tour of the Service Department I would say that we had a very pleasant experience in purchasing our new vehicle which we absolutely love. I asked him for a no BS assessment of the car, he told me it's perfect, nearly new condition. Apparently perfect is subjective because there are lots of instances where this car is nowhere near new. The car came with one key, another key will cost $250 or more. The car had no owner's manual, how is that even possible? No floor mats, the slide out cup holder is broken, the latch for center console is busted, drivers side headlamp is foggy. Overall the paint is very glossy and the tires and wheels in great shape. Had I known about all these flaws, I probably wouldn't have flown 300 miles down to get the car. Not at the price agreed upon anyway. The issues are costing me time and about $500 to deal with. Other than that, Mark was great. He picked me up at the airport and got me quickly on my way. I really do love the car but all the little things wrong with it kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. More

I am in my car so much, I really wanted Bluetooth and seat warmers were a plus! I just wanted to price out what a new Jetta would be with the add-on's I desired. Mark found me a few newer cars, and priced them out for me. It was too much over my budget, (or lack there of. I hadn't planned on getting a car yet) After being there for less than an hour, and the help of Jeff, they found me EXACTLY what I was looking for. I got everything I wanted out of the vehicle, with VERY LITTLE cost to me. Jeff, Mark, and Aaron were all so very, very helpful. They really looked out for me, and made sure I got what I needed, without feeling like I was making a bad decision. Once everybody found out how great my experience was, they were all ready to come and see what they had to offer. For as long as I live in Pensacola, I will continue to come to this dealership. More

At my husband's prompting, we went out to Pete More Volkswagon at the prompting of some of his acquaintances. It took me some time to make up my mind, and Mark was patient, gracious and concerned that I get a vehicle that I really liked and wanted and would enjoy. The team that we encountered while in the process was efficient and friendly. I would recommend Mark and Pete Moore Volkswagon to any and all of my friends that are or will be thinking of buying a vehicle. I hate shopping and buying a vehicle, but will certainly return without the usual anxieties when I need another vehicle. I'm going to love my VW Golf. More
