Best dealership ever! Wow! I just bought my 2002 Chevy Prizm. Although it was a 4000 dollar purchase, Mark and staff treated me as if I was buying a 40,000 dollar car. The Wow! Each time we go to the dealership it is a pleasurable experience. Mark Torelli was our sales associate with this purchase and he was an amazing sales person from start to finish. There was no pressure and he made the stressful experience of buying a car seem very stress free. We continue to return to this dealership because of the amazing customer service we receive from the sales, to the service, to the administrative. Kim Gilbert was a pleasure to deal with during the financing of this vehicle. Mike Kern and Rich Lord are great service guys to deal with and knowledgeable. I bring my vehicle to them any time it needs a service. They know my vehicle very well and treat me like a person instead of a number even knowing they are extremely busy. They keep me up to date on anything that is going on with my vehicle when it is in there for service. They do whatever it takes to make sure that I am happy with the work that was completed without ever having to argue. If there is ever a question on anything they always tell me "no problem just bring it in and we will look at it." That gives me great peace of mind. I will continue to come back to this dealership as long as I continue to get the same kind of service that has been shown to me by the employees I have worked with in the last few years. More
