Unfortunately the car has required one repair after another, beginni My husband and I purchased a 2005 used Toureg from Pete Moore several years ago. Unfortunately the car has required one repair after another, beginning one week after the car was purchased. We have; therefore, had many opportunities to get to know the service team and we have found everyone in that department to be helpful and courteous without exception. When the Toureg required yet another costly repair last week, we decided we were no longer able to continue to repair the car and the seemingly endless drain on our fixed income. We decided to trade. However, because the service team has always been so helpful and sympathetic with our plight , we decided we would like to find another vehicle at Pete Moore if possible, and we asked to talk with Mark Torelli, a salesman at the dealership. We had already heard from several different sources of Mark's fairness and concern for his customers. He reviewed our service records on the Toureg, and set about finding several used cars on the Volkswagen lot that he felt would be good, reliable, and more affordable "candidates" for us on trade. I cannot speak highly enough of Mark and his efforts to find us a suitable automobile. He was very considerate and patient with our many questions and made the process as seamless as possible. We decided to trade our Toureg for a 2011 Subaru and Mark continued to be exceptionally helpful as he guided us through that purchase. I would recommend Mark highly to my friends and neighbors, or to any person looking for a caring and knowledgeable salesperson. I feel he is an excellent representative for the Pete Moore Dealership and that my husband and I can call on him if we have questions or concerns about our recent trade. Great Experience!! We found a truck that we wanted to look at online. When we got to the dealership we found Mark and asked him about it. He took us around to find it. We had our 2 children with us and he was very helpful with them also. We were able to drive the truck around and really liked it and the online price. We sat down and told him what we could put down and afford. He was very nice and helpful with all the papers to sign before going through the process of being accepted through a bank. Kim was the lady we talked to about financing. She was also very nice and helpful. She explained all the paperwork thoroughly. We do need to take the truck back for servicing but everything so far has met or exceeded our expectations. More

We are very pleased with the attentiveness of the salesmen and the no nonsense way they treat the customer. We were able to tell them what we were looking for, the price range Iwe could work with and they were able to match us up with the car we purchased. I have returned to this dealership because of the way they treat you. They do not make you feel like you are a bother and they listen to what you are asking for. Mr. Moore is a hands on dealer and can always be seen in all areas of his dealerships. I give him kudos for being present with his employees. So often owners are too busy to be one on one involved with the workers. I'm sure he uses a chain of command for internal issues but I have observed him on different occasions stopping and interacting with random employees. Something must be very right with this dealership as I know that the same workers have been there for many, many years!! More
