Mark gave us requested space and time until we were ready to speak with him but kept his eye on us so he knew what type of vehicle we were looking for. He even offered us a vehicle he thought would be a great fit that was currently offsite getting detailed. He contacted us later in the day after the vehicle had returned and we came back to look and it ended up being exactly what we needed. When I was ready, I called mark and he got me in and out in no time. I didn't have to push Kim, Mark or Danny at all to get the price right. It was as if they were competing against themselves to make sure I got the exact car I wanted and at the price I needed. They kept fighting until we got there and I left exactly the way I wanted to when I walked in...with the car I had been eyeballing for months without breaking the bank. They did all of this while being friendly and I felt from the moment I walked in that they were on my side and not out just to make as much as they could. I highly recommend Pete Moore and will most certainly be back there for my next purchase. More

Mark was so personable and he allowed us to look and discuss our thoughts in private and did not bother us unless we specifically sought him out and asked a question. He was full of helpful knowledge about the cars at the dealership and made the entire experience extremely comfortable. After we had looked at the cars on the lot ourselves, he had still been observing us from afar and knew the type of vehicle we were looking for and ended us showing us another option that was not on the lot yet, which we ended up purchasing. Mark Torelli called us back promptly after showing interest in the vehicle via an email to Pete Moore dealership. He then met up with us when we showed up on the lot and helped us look further into the car that we were interested in. He made some good points to us about how child friendly the car was that I had not thought of before. It was no hassle to take a drive in it with our two kiddos shortly after looking the car over. Overall our experience buying this car with Mark was relaxed, hassle free and enjoyable. He even helped out with our kiddos in a number of ways which we appreciate. Being in the military makes it hard to find childcare so we can go do things without them like buy a vehicle. Mark however helped out with them and never made us feel like they were being a burden. I definitely would recommend Pete Moore to our other military friends, and tell them to ask for Mark Torelli. More

Mark greeted my with a friendly handshake and smile that was genuine. Mark was absolutely excellent in helping me find the right vehicle for my needs without the high pressure sales. He worked with me to insure that I was in the right vehicle and the right pricing for my needs. Kim in financing was also extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Mark and Pete Moore to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I will definitely go back when I'm ready for another vehicle. My shopping experience there was wonderful.
