In August of 2013 year my 21 year old car finally kicked the bucket. I began my car search the next day, and was very unsuccessful. Everywhere I turned to fro help, I was turned down. Different car dealerships and different people kept filling my head with broken promises about helping me get a car. So I decided to wait until income tax time to try to purchase a new car, because I knew dealerships would have deals going on. Once again more broken promises about helping me get a car. Keep in mind that I've been bumming rides to work, church, and everywhere else since August of 2013. Friday morning February 21, 2014 I decided to look up the different car lots in Pensacola. I came across Pete Moore and looked at their inventory. I came across a car that I had my eye on for a while, and sent them a e-mail asking fro more information about that car. Soon as I sent that e-mail, I received a call and two e-mails from Mark Torelli. He was very nice and very helpful. We set up a appointment to meet later that afternoon when I got off work. I got off work and my mother and I came to meet with Mark. We came in, talked, had a few bottles of water, Mark was back In forth taking care of business, he left the building for a sec, and came back with my new car!!! I was beyond excited and wanted to cry. It was a time consuming process, but well worth the wait. Mark Torelli and Dan Freeman made it possible and affordable for me to purchase my 2009 Chevy Malibu and I thank them for that. I got the car I wanted for a great price with great friendly service. So if anybody needs a car, I highly recommend you pay them a visit. More

Mr. Torelli was very friendly and helpful. I would most definitely ask for him again. Unlike many dealerships I did not feel pressured at any time during the sale. We purchased our second vehicle from Mark Torelli. The first VW was a new Tiguan and second CPO Golf. He went above and beyond ensuring we got what we needed.
