Great car buying service! Came in to service our Passat & purchased this great Beetle. We've been considering a car with significantly better gas mileage. You can't beat the TDI! Mark Torelli was very cordial and helpful. He presented several vehicles that met our criteria and seemed to act as our advocate while negotiating the final price for our purchase. We did not spend time en several vehicles that met our criteria and seemed to act as our advocate while negotiating the final price for our purchase. We did not spend time endlessly time negotiating back and forth with the management. They made an initial offer, we countered and the deal was done. The business managers provided a great deal of help in selecting a finance plan for our car purchase. We were not bombarded with up sales, extended warranties and the like. Overall I would give this dealership and the personnel we worked with high marks for friendliness and customer service and would recommend this dealership to others. More

What can I say? I never write reviews for things, especially dealerships, unless they're scandalously negative and we've been treated horribly (yes, I'm one of THOSE people). But I was so impressed w especially dealerships, unless they're scandalously negative and we've been treated horribly (yes, I'm one of THOSE people). But I was so impressed with Mark Torelli and his non-intrusive way of handling our sale that I just had to write a review about it. From the get go, Mark was waiting for us when we got there. He didn't try to find other customers and then pass us on to someone else. We immediately got into the car buying process. Mark could tell that I didn't feel good, and kept asking, to the point of begging if he could get me anything. He even offered to make me a cup of green tea from his own personal stash. When it came time to get our trade in evaluated, Mark brought back a low number from the sales manager (Mark's job/responsibility does not include evaluating trades so this was not his fault). But he heard our arguments on why we felt we needed more for our trade, relayed it to the manager, and BOOM we got what we wanted. The haggling process was close to non-existent, and I truly believe it was because of Mark. We got a good deal on the Toyota Tundra we were buying, we got a good deal on our trade, but I have to say the best part of it all was that we weren't kept waiting hours and hours on end like we were at other dealerships. The car buying process usually gives me an eye twitch, but I have to say this time it was a pleasant experience, despite that fact that I was sick. Mark was professional and kind. We also had the good fortune to come across Kim in finance, who did NOT try to hard core sell us pointless warranties or insurance that we didn't need. She was very straightforward and friendly about our financing options and we liked her immediately. What's more, we could tell we were in good hands with her; her experience and expertise were evident every time she opened her mouth. Over all, we had a great experience with Pete Moore. Mark and Kim are an asset there, and if you're thinking about visiting the dealership, I would insist on working with them. You won't regret it. My husband and I have bought so many cars in the past few years, it's ridiculous. We've had, hands down, our best experience at Pete Moore with Mark Torelli and Kim. More

One of the reasons we hate going to a car lot is we feel the salesman has pressure put on him by the sales manager to make the sale no matter what, and every action is being criticized. Mark was allowed to the salesman has pressure put on him by the sales manager to make the sale no matter what, and every action is being criticized. Mark was allowed to work with us and I didn't feel like he was having to report his every move to his boss. I felt no pressure and my wife and I had a great experience. More

Mark was extremely genuine, knowledgeable about the vehicles as well as the vehicle I was trading. He gave me the feeling as if I was a values guest instead of a customer and truly understands that sa vehicles as well as the vehicle I was trading. He gave me the feeling as if I was a values guest instead of a customer and truly understands that sales is really all about service..and also that in the automotive field, the sales department makes the first sale and the service department (maintenance) do the rest, recommending to use their service department. I'm hard to please but i found that Mark made the grade, meaning I never felt pressure and always felt like he aimed to please. Thanks, Pete Moore for having Mark on staff. Best experience purchasing a new car (this one being my 7th.) More

I purchased a 2013 VW Beetle from Mark Torelli at Pete Moore Volkswagon. The experience of working with Mark in making this purchase was very positive. His "no pressure" sales approach was very much app Moore Volkswagon. The experience of working with Mark in making this purchase was very positive. His "no pressure" sales approach was very much appreciated and he did not attempt to sway me in any particular direction. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and I was feel that the Beetle I purchased was the best choice for my needs, lifestyle and personality! So far I have driven the car for two days and I love it! More
