From the moment that I expressed an interest in purchasing a vehi I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership and about Mark Torelli himself. From the moment that I expressed an interest in purchasing a vehicle, Mark went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly, and I don't mean in that " I'm a salesman and I want to sell you a car " kind of way. He telephoned me after I had sent him an email and was pleasant and very knowledgeable about answering questions concerning what type of car I was looking for and what he could do to help me find a car that I would love, and LOVE it, I do ! I never felt pressured about making a purchase and there was no pressure to " hurry in." In fact, he was extremely patient. I had made an appointment to meet with him which was to be 4-5 days after our initial conversation and subsequently I had something come up very last minute that required me to phone him with merely a 20 minute "heads up" on the fact that I would be delayed by at least an hour and a half. Mark was pleasant, understanding and more than willing to work with me on MY timeline, even then I was 10 minutes late and he was still pleasant and didn't seem annoyed at all. As soon as I arrived at the dealership, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. I was immediately offered refreshments, a comfortable seat and very welcomed air conditioner (as hot as it was outside, 90+ degrees) these simple amenities were very appreciated. EVERY member of the staff that I met were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in assisting me to make my decision regarding my purchase. Kim, whom I believe works in the finance department of the dealership was an absolute doll. She also went out of her way to ensure that my experience was a pleasant one. I was already a Volkswagen lover and this dealership solidified my love of VW. I also spoke to another gentleman (I regret that I do not recall his name at this time because he was fantastic) and all I can say is that whatever these people are being paid, it is not nearly enough. Recently, my wife and I were visiting Pensacola, and her sister, Charlotte, asked us to find a suitable used car for her. Our time was limited, but we soon found out that we made the right choice by going sister, Charlotte, asked us to find a suitable used car for her. Salesman Mark Torelli greeted us immediately, and after a few moments of conversation he knew immediately the car she needed - a gently used 2007 blue PT Cruiser. We looked it over; he gave us the keys, telling us to "Drive it to her house and let her take it around the block!" We did, and she loved it. We returned to Pete Moore VW, gave him a deposit, and told him we would be back the next day. Less than 24 hours later, Charlotte was the proud owner of her "perfect" car. Mark was outstanding - personable, respectful. patient, and intuitive. This car shopping experience ranks as the best in my experience. I'm glad we chose to deal with Pete Moore VW, and I will gladly recommend this dealership and Mark Torelli to anyone. More
