I researched the car for a couple of weeks and when I went in Mark was very helpful in telling me about some of the safety features the VW has that some of the websites didn't seem to mention. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and Jeff found out what we were looking for and tho he didn't have the exact car we wanted he showed us one he did have and went over all the features. He then went in and found us one at another dealership that was the one I wanted and said he could have it in two days and gave us a quote that was better than the dealership in Mobile. We asked that he send us the info with all the features that this car would have and he did that right away. Mark was the one that sent the e-mail and he was very prompt to respond to any questions we had. We told them we wanted to see the car before committing and they brought the car to Pensacola and e-mailed us when it would be there. We went over the next morning after it arrived and Mark met us as we pulled into the dealership. He had the car out front and it was detailed and ready for me to test drive. Mark went over all the features again and answered all our questions and I felt very relaxed with him. I felt he was very knowledgeable about this vehicle and could answer any questions I might have. He never tried to push and I appreciated that. The car sold itself when I drove it and I think he knew it would. He carried us through the paper work and did all he could to make things go as smooth as possible. He even charged my husbands phone on his computer so he could program it into the Blutooth.It was the best experience we have ever had with buying a vehicle and would go back to Mark for another car. More

This was my best dealership experience ever we couldn't get a deal to work and I thought that I wasn't going to get the car. But to my astonishment Mark Torelli and Jeff Korel made it work and go couldn't get a deal to work and I thought that I wasn't going to get the car. Called Mark Torelli about a used car I found posted on line. He answered all my questions over the phone and I agreed that I would come see him about the car. Love story short. I was impressed with both the car and Mark. I purchased the car at a very fair (below market value price) I was out the door with my new used car in approximately one hour !!
