My sister bought a used vehicle from Mark, 2 months later it was determined the vehicle she bought had a problem that could not be fixed. I have had some car buying experience in the past, but I have to say that what I encountered at Pete Moore was different and new from anything I had met with in the past. I appreciated literally every staff member I got assistance from because they shook my hand, looked me in the eye, and gave me an honest deal. Anyway, I know your staff works hard. I could see it. But their workload didn't effect their friendly customer service, nor did it reflect in their ability to help me in as timely a manner as possible. I was thoroughly impressed by Kim in finance who was amazing with my daughters, Rich in service, and Danny the sales manager for helping to facilitate the sale, but the person who impressed me the most, and really made the sale happen with his honest service was Mark Torelli. He was warm, helpful, and human, and quickly won my trust by allowing me to know all of my options. And beyond that, Mark seemed to understand how the vehicle I stopped in to purchase would help my family live a better life, and that fact seemed to make him happy.
