My sister bought a used vehicle from Mark, 2 months later it was determined the vehicle she bought had a problem that could not be fixed. I have had some car buying experience in the past, but I have to say that what I encountered at Pete Moore was different and new from anything I had met with in the past. I bought a used car a couple of days ago and have already recommended your dealership to all of my friends at work. I appreciated literally every staff member I got assistance from because they shook my hand, looked me in the eye, and gave me an honest deal. Anyway, I know your staff works hard. I could see it. But their workload didn't effect their friendly customer service, nor did it reflect in their ability to help me in as timely a manner as possible. I was thoroughly impressed by Kim in finance who was amazing with my daughters, Rich in service, and Danny the sales manager for helping to facilitate the sale, but the person who impressed me the most, and really made the sale happen with his honest service was Mark Torelli. He was warm, helpful, and human, and quickly won my trust by allowing me to know all of my options. And beyond that, Mark seemed to understand how the vehicle I stopped in to purchase would help my family live a better life, and that fact seemed to make him happy. Job satisfaction is a wonderful thing. Again, I appreciated having Mark help me out, and hope he is at Pete Moore the next time I need to purchase a vehicle. More

Mark was the first person to greet me once I arrived...very friendly and not at all pushy. He was quick with his service, too, because before I knew it I was test driving and falling in love wit arrived...very friendly and not at all pushy. I was allowed to take the car overnight and have my mechanic look at it the next morning. Negotiations the next day were quick and relatively painless. I agreed to a price just a few hundred dollars over what I had allotted, but I'm very content and feel that overall it was a simple transaction. I even remarked to my husband afterward, "Is that really it? That seemed too easy!" The day following the purchase, I returned to the dealership to provide title and an extra key for my trade in. My Jetta was serviced for a minor backseat seat belt issue and the service staff was wonderful, too. More

Went to the dealer yesterday (02/26) just looking for a car for my son. Mark approached us and told him what price range and type vehicle I was looking for.
