When I first came to Pete Moore Volkswagen I had my concerns about the dealership because I have always dealt with small dealers and I felt intimidated by the Pete Moore Dealership. My wife and I were looking to purchase a nice used vehicle and our first stop was at Pete Moore Volkswagen in Pensacola Florida. Our plan was to shop a couple of different car lots and then go back an vehicle and our first stop was at Pete Moore Volkswagen in Pensacola Florida. Our plan was to shop a couple of different car lots and then go back and make a decision. Things did not go that way because when we entered the car lot at Pete Moore, we were greeted by Mark. Mark come across in a very professional manner in which means a ton to the both of us. We arrived around 9:20 am that morning and Mark showed us various vehicles that we wanted to see. We gave him our budget and not one time did he try to get us into anything above our budget. He was never pushy and was never thinking of himself and "JUST A SALE". The friendliness alone from Mark made my wife and I comfortable saying to ourselves "this is where we will spend our money". Mark was extremely patient throughout the entire experience. Because of Mark, at 12:20 pm, we drove off the lot with the vehicle of our choice.
