Mark was the first person to greet me once I arrived...very friendly and not at all pushy. I was allowed to take the car overnight and have my mechanic look at it the next morning. Negotiations the next day were quick and relatively painless. I agreed to a price just a few hundred dollars over what I had allotted, but I'm very content and feel that overall it was a simple transaction. I even remarked to my husband afterward, "Is that really it? That seemed too easy!" The day following the purchase, I returned to the dealership to provide title and an extra key for my trade in. My Jetta was serviced for a minor backseat seat belt issue and the service staff was wonderful, too. More

Went to the dealer yesterday (02/26) just looking for a car for my son. Mark approached us and told him what price range and type vehicle I was looking for.
