My wife and I were looking to purchase a nice used vehicle and our first stop was at Pete Moore Volkswagen in Pensacola Florida. Our plan was to shop a couple of different car lots and then go back an vehicle and our first stop was at Pete Moore Volkswagen in Pensacola Florida. Our plan was to shop a couple of different car lots and then go back and make a decision. Things did not go that way because when we entered the car lot at Pete Moore, we were greeted by Mark. Mark come across in a very professional manner in which means a ton to the both of us. We arrived around 9:20 am that morning and Mark showed us various vehicles that we wanted to see. We gave him our budget and not one time did he try to get us into anything above our budget. He was never pushy and was never thinking of himself and "JUST A SALE". The friendliness alone from Mark made my wife and I comfortable saying to ourselves "this is where we will spend our money". Mark was extremely patient throughout the entire experience. Because of Mark, at 12:20 pm, we drove off the lot with the vehicle of our choice. Mark is a very well mannered salesperson and we highly recommend Mark to anyone that is looking for a non pushy, no hassle salesperson. Thanks Mark for everything. More

We were looking for a used/ certified car for myself and so ventured into Pete Moore while in Pensacola. Mark greeted us and set to work helping to find a vehicle that fit my needs. We had to leave that day but after some research and a few phone calls we decided we wanted that car. We drove back to Pensacola a few nights later. Mark greeted us with the key and paperwork all ready to be signed. He had programmed the Nav system and Bluetooth for me and we were done. We are extremely pleased with the customer service.
