He listened carefully and patiently to my explanation of what i was interested in, asked a few questions and then made a recommendation that made perfect sense. Before taking a test drive he explained how all the bells and whistles worked so I felt comfortable behind the wheel. When I explained I needed to review my potential purchase with my wife he did not pressure me into making a sale and volunteered to come in on his day off to finalize the sale. The people who handled the financing arrangements, registration, and necessary insurance changes were all knowledgeable and efficient and saw that I finished the transaction in a minimal amount of time. The day I came in to pick up[ the car Nick Saporito did an excellent job making sure I understood how to use all the electronics and make adjustments to seat positions, climate control, and radio tuning. I felt I was always treated with respect and would heartily recommend dealing with Martin Honda. More

During my initial visit, I was comparing the Pilot and th Mark Tribuani was very helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to ensure I got the car I wanted. During my initial visit, I was comparing the Pilot and the Odyssey. He explained all features and encouraged me to drive both. During the second visit, I made an appointment with the internet team to save some time to have an Odyssey Elite ready, the car was not ready. This was not a reflection on Mark, he did not know I was coming, but when I asked for him, he quickly got the same model car I wanted to retest-drive while the trim I wanted was being driven to the dealership from nearby. During the third and final visit, after many emails, I thought I had everything set. Mark had the car detailed, looking gorgeous- and I realized the interior gray was not what I thought- I thought it’d be darker like my previous Honda. Mark did not bat an eye, he quickly called to have another car brought up. He had it detailed while I went to dinner to feed my kids (he even checked on the restaurant to make sure it wasn’t packed) since the paperwork took longer than I thought- again, not a reflection on Mark, just how it is. When I returned, he went over the technology so it wouldn’t be so overwhelming and shared resources that would quickly remind me what he showed me, first salesperson to take that much time doing that to ensure I get the most of all the bells and whistles in my Elite. As for the car, if a minivan can be pimpin’- this is it! More
