Nice experience Mark was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable but never pressured us. Enthusiastic and friendly. Everyone we met was very nice. We went back to drive Mark was extremely helpful. Mark Tribuani's the best! Mark Tribuani was the very first face I saw coming out of the Honda dealership to greet me when I first arrived in Delaware three years ago, in seriou Mark Tribuani was the very first face I saw coming out of the Honda dealership to greet me when I first arrived in Delaware three years ago, in serious need of a new car. Three years later, he's still the first person to greet me when he sees me coming, and gives me the best deals, he best service, and the best sense of humor during what could otherwise become really stressful moments when it comes to buying a new or used car. In this case, it was a lease. Mark has always (and I mean always ...) made himself available by phone, text, and of course in person. Pretty much every which way short of carrier pigeon, and always within just a few minutes of leaving a message. No exaggeration. If I had to choose the best thing about working with Mark -- aside from his genuine concern about keeping customers happy and getting them as close to their car-buying goals as possible -- it would be his willingness to take as long as you need for explanations ... and more explanations if you didn't "get" it the first (or in my case, second or even third) time around. So bottom line, Mark's your guy. (And management, if you're listening, give him a big hug and a pat on the back. Please keep him in Newark.) More
