Only giving 1 star because it's impossible to give zero. The worst customer service experience of my life. 100k EX90 that has been to the shop 7 times in the 3 months we have had it. This was our 5th The worst customer service experience of my life. 100k EX90 that has been to the shop 7 times in the 3 months we have had it. This was our 5th Volvo we bought from the dealer and still cant get any help other than contact Volvo USA who doesn't respond at all. The car is currently sitting in our driveway because it wont go into gear. Been trying to get ahold of service for 2 days now. Car doesn't get close to the mileage it's promised, the software still doesn't work, all the promises that were made about the cars functions and updates were broken. So happy to have paid the 5k over stick because of the "high demand" the vehicle and its "next level" technology. The car shouldnt have been released for another 6 months, Forced to contact a lemon law attorney now AVOID, AVOID, AVOID,AVOID,AVOID,AVOID,AVOID, AVOID More
