Mark Valerio has primarily assisted me with the servicing of my vehicle since I purchased the vehicle from Executive in 2019. Mark was able to get me in for a sensor replacement within two days since I had of my vehicle since I purchased the vehicle from Executive in 2019. Brought vehicle in to evaluate very strong odor of gasoline from drivers side rear of vehicle with "NO" check engine lights activated. Invoice stated repeatedly that no check engine light was "on". T gasoline from drivers side rear of vehicle with "NO" check engine lights activated. Invoice stated repeatedly that no check engine light was "on". They test drove it 11 miles to verify that NO check engine light was "on". "What a Surprise". They looked under vehicle and saw no active gasoline leaking. Cost me over $200.00 for them to tell me what I already knew!!! No parts needed. Vehicle still smells extensively like a raw fuel leak. Guess I am expected to drive it until the vapors contact a heat source then I will know where the leak is from. Drop off & pickup of vehicle was smooth. More

Mark was very polite and explained everything that was gonna be done to the vehicle. He even ordered the relay i was missing for the heated seats since i purchased the car.
