I looked closer at the 2014 mercedes benz E350 i purchased from you guys. I noticed there are multiple dents, scratches, and scuffs all over the car. The worst of them is on the wheel wells. The pai purchased from you guys. I noticed there are multiple dents, scratches, and scuffs all over the car. The worst of them is on the wheel wells. The paint is peeling off on top. The rear driver's side tire has a big piece cut out of it hanging loose. One of the power window switches is colored with what looks like a black marker. The windshield has scratches all over it as well. These are really noticeable when the sun shines on it. There's also a bulge on the side of the front driver's side tire and one of the brakes wobble when stopping. I guess my biggest fault in all this is i thought I could trust a sales person. He seemed professional and reliable. I messaged him the issues I found and I got no reply from him. This tells me either he knew at the time and didn't say anything, or he doesn't care. If this car passed inspection like it says, then how were all of these things missed? Can something please be done to fix the issues with my now financed car? More

Wish I could give them 0 stars instead of the 1 that they don’t deserve. They are a bunch of crooks and make you get a $400 Anti Theft warranty that is optional. They do say it’s optional only when they were questioned about it and the contract. If you don’t do the warranty they will refuse to sell you a car. They don’t fully disclose that it’s a charge and they claimed there was no fee and included. The response from them is the OWNER of the dealership wants everyone to get this on their vehicles no matter what. Also, they said it goes in the owners pocket hence why they make you get something you don’t need/want. Be honest and fully disclose!!! Forced warranties are illegal in WI and you need to follow the law and stop trying to be shady. Mark was pretty laid back and chill till we decided not to go ahead with the deal since we got bad vibes and didn’t want to deal with the dishonest and unethical sales tactics. He was very cocky at the end and glad we didn’t buy from him and this dealership. BUYERS BEWARE….don’t buy from them unless you want to be screwed and forced into warranties and buy a half xxx inspected car. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to buy a car from this place, do yourself a favor and save your self the stress and money. More
