I have had positive interactions with Dereck West, Carol and Mark-all friendly and top rate! By far I've worked with Dereck most frequently however, and he has such a kind and thoughtful demeanor and truly has a 'no problem" attitude about anything that has come up with my car's service needs. Whether I've had pre-arranged service or driven in with a last minute question about something, Dereck has always been pleasant and truly professional regarding my car's needs. Also impressive is the way Dereck has responded to emails or phone calls in a prompt manner. I am happy to endorse Ann Arbor BMW as an outstanding service experience. More

Remarkably customer-focused, knowledgeable and timely Over the course of the past several years, I have been relying on BMW of Ann Arbor for both service and education regarding my BMW Z4 35i. And while I don't typically take the time to write reviews of this nature, the level of inclusion that the dealership has offered me warrants mention here. Moreover, while my satisfaction with every layer of the organization stands at 100%, it is the relationship that I've established with the service side that has connected me to the brand in ways that I had not expected. Under the leadership of Mark Wade, my service adviser Dusty Harrison has been not only a highly credible information source, but also an absolute ally in managing my vehicle's service schedule. Dusty has kept my Z4 up to date, and consistently exceeded my expectations vis-a-vis timing and professionalism. His ethic and dedication to my needs as a customer have created a level of trust that now permeates my entire experience with BMW of Ann Arbor. And frankly, when I turn the keys of my vehicle over to anyone, I want the fundamentals to be solid. As my primary point of contact with the dealership, I know that when I release my vehicle to Dusty that the foundation of trust we've established will be communicated every step of the way until I pick my car back up and drive off. Came with questions,left with a car! I came to A2 BMW to ask a few questions about a used 08' 328xi I was thinking about purchasing in a private sale by owner. As soon as I walked in the door Jill woods greeted me kindly! with no prejudice as I am a young man that to say the least dose not look the part to be in the market for a BMW haha. She answered my questions and even took me to the matinence department too get awnsers on my concerns about cluch life and cost of replacement in a used manual car. No xx the exact awnsers I'm looking for, and kind staff also in that department. Then I asked Jill if they had any comparable cars in value to the one I was looking at. She showed me an 09' 328xi manual.. Almost the same car I wanted.. And it was less price than the other one I had intrest in. She took me on a test drive and was patient with me as I got used to the veicle and awnserd all my questions. I loved the car! Left to think a bit and called back with an offer, they considerd it respectfully and gave me a counter offer that was reasonable.done deal bought the car that day!! Exceptional Service on our 2007 328xi SULEV Coupe I took our pre-owned 2007 328xi coupe in for an oil change and an oil leak. We own a special emissions car that was originally sold in a SULEV state ( I took our pre-owned 2007 328xi coupe in for an oil change and an oil leak. We own a special emissions car that was originally sold in a SULEV state (meaning a state that has extremely high emission laws. These cars have a special warranty on certain parts that extend past the basic 48 month/50k mike warranty. Even though MI dealers do not deal with many of these cars Derek and Mark handled it in a very professional with top notch customer service in mind. They were able to get the repairs covered under the warranty and were extremely efficient in doing so. I would highly recommend BMW of Ann Arbor for any service needs. When we decide to trade in our 2012 Mercedes for a BMW I will report on our purchase experience but I can only imagine it will be just as enjoyable as our service experience! More
