Management did not seem to want to meet an unhappy customer. I returned to the dealership because the title had not been notarized. Woman at front desk apologized, notary apologized, salesman Mark ap customer. I returned to the dealership because the title had not been notarized. Woman at front desk apologized, notary apologized, salesman Mark apologized. I told Mark I wanted to see someone from management. He left and came back some time later with no management. After being there about 40 minutes I left. Because of their mistake I logged about 160 miles, about 30 dollars in fuel and about three and a half hours of drive time. No apology from management. When I first looked at the used pickup it had not been serviced yet. Days later when I got it, it had not been cleaned very well. Cleaning and detail crew gets a grade of F. The man that covered the options for warrenty insurance gets a grade of D. I was not informed or did not understand that there were three options on coverage. Mark, the salesman, was good to work with. More
