Mark was awesome during the transaction although the vehicle is already having issues and I feel the finance manager was deceiving. I feel the vehicle defects could have been disclosed and were not. I also feel the finance manager could have definitely done business in a more appropriate manner. The vehicle dash lights shut off on the way home in the dark and it's already having transmission issues and I haven't even had it more than a week and 400 miles put on the vehicle. More

I was well pleased with Mr. Walker on his honesty in representing Ferguson Buick GMC KIA Subaru, The paper work took a little longer than needed I think. They are going to bring me a driver and get my vehicle to make repairs some time in January. I have talked to several other people that has purchased vehicles from Ferguson and that is why I went there and got the satisfaction as I was told I would get. More
