Our experience at this dealership was exceptional. From the first telephone greeting our call was professionally and courteously handled. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by a friendly sal the first telephone greeting our call was professionally and courteously handled. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by a friendly sales person who asked who we might be here to see. He left to get our sales person who returned, greeted us, and walked us to the vehicle we were interested in. Chief, our sales person, asked about us and what was important to us in a vehicle then open the doors of the Acadia and starting explaining some of the features and uniquenesses of the vehicle. He asked if we wanted to test drive the car and accompanied us on a delightful test drive in which he explained how some of the features worked that we were experiencing as we drove. But contracting and financing processes were also friendly and not pushy. We will refer McKenzie to our family and friends. More

Once there Mark was very informative on the car we were initially interested in and also was very helpful as we looked at options, explaining the differences between the options. We ended up purchasing the original car, and because the sales manager had been driving it, he personally gave us a test drive to show us some of the great features. This was a hassle-free, pleasant car purchase. Would highly recommend this dealership. More
