Requested information about the vehicle I was interested in, it was in stock, made an appointment with Lamont, he wasn't available that day but had (I think TK) call me to confirm my appointment and he would meet with me. I walked into the dealership and was greeted immediately by the owner!!! Tony Ware was assigned to me as the consultant. The financing with Mike Hilfink, went extremely well, also. From the time entering the dealership until I left, the service was awesome! I have never walked in a car dealership to purchase a auto and walkout 2.5 hrs later. The price was less than I thought I would pay for this auto. It was effective, productive and very exciting to purchase our newly owned vehicle from Marty Cancila. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. More

Do your job! My fiancee had a horrible experience at this dealership. They approved her for a car loan and told her no money down. They allowed her to drive away. My fiancee had a horrible experience at this dealership. They approved her for a car loan and told her no money down. They allowed her to drive away. Then they call back two days later and needed to add a cosigner. We reluctantly did this. Then while my fiancee was out of town, told her she needed additional paperwork. The dealership also requested she bring the car back end of day if the paperwork wasn't turned in that day. They then decided they would need a $500 down payment, in addition to putting the car in the cosigner name instead. Ultimately we decided to return the car. In this situation I would never purchase or reccomend purchase from Marty Cancila Dodge to anyone. More

AWESOME!!!! I was taking my car in for a repair, and was approached by Dave, who the absolute best!!!! The damages to my car was a bit much more than I expected. I then walked onto the showroom floor, where I was approached by salesman Mr. Mark Ware. His attentiveness to my needs, just by observing me, was totally awesome, and left me speechless!! I was looking at a jeep, which he then advised me about the rebates on the 300's. He allowed me to test drive the car and i fell in love with it. I just did not want to wait the long time that it normally takes to purchase a vehicle, and was quite hesitant. However, Mark and Daniel moved in such a timely manner, that before I knew it, I was approved for the car, and was on my way home!!! THIS IS BY FAR, THE BEST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD WHEN PURCHASING A NEW VEHICLE!!! Mark Ware is the absolute best!!! I would recommend him to everyone!!!! More
