I had a good first impression when I called Wellesley Toyota to ask about a test drive. I felt no undue pressure from Mark Welcome who was the sales consultant I worked with. Mark was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. When I mentioned I was finally seeing my oldest childhood friend for the first time in many years and thought it would be nice to have the new car to drive her around in, Mark had my car ready ahead of schedule. Having the new car to drive in added a bonus feeling of adventure to our day. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience when buying my first new Toyota. This was the first time ever buying a brand new car and I was looking for new car or truck, make sure to speak with Mark! You will not regret it! This was the first time ever buying a brand new car and I was looking for something very specific. I started researching and physically going to a countless number of dealers. I came to the conclusion that if I was going to get the truck I wanted, I would have to order one and wait. I went to 5 differant dealers before I found Wellesley Toyota. All of the other dealers didn't want to work with me, and only wanted to sell me something that was already on the lot. They all stated a high price due to it being specially ordered, and one even laughed at the hint of me wanting to order a truck with specific options and color. Needless to say, all those other dealers didn't get my business. As soon as I walked into Wellesley Toyota, I could feel there was no tension on the sales floor. It feels wierd saying it, but something really was different about this dealership, and I could feel it. It was actually a pleasant experience and didn't fit into the common dealership stereotype. Mark Welcome worked very hard and was able to get the truck I wanted. He was a pleasure to work with and had great communication throughout the entire process. I could tell just by speaking with him when first meeting him, that he was genuine with his words was willing to work with me and get me the truck I wanted all while also giving me a great deal. Mark was very communicative throughtout the entire process, and would answer any questions I had. If you are in the market for a new Toyota Tacoma and looking to get it without any hassles or high pressure sales tactics, I highly suggest doing business with Wellesley Toyota, and more importantly, with Mark. I have nothing but good things to say about the Sales Manager, Chris Davey. Although I didn't really interact with Chris throughout the entire sales process, there was a slight problem after my test driv Manager, Chris Davey. Although I didn't really interact with Chris throughout the entire sales process, there was a slight problem after my test drive of my brand new truck. I parked the truck to the side, and another client at the dealership backed into the truck! This caused very minor paint damage to the one of the rear bumper caps. This damage was so miniscule, and yet Chris was very reassuring that this damage would be fixed, and the bumper cap would be replaced prior to me picking up the truck. It was important to me that I would not start off on a bad note with my brand new Tacoma, and Chris reassured me that it would be fixed. When I went to pickup the truck, the bumper cap had been fixed, and the truck was in impeccable condition. Thank you Chris, I appreciate it! More

I was beyond satisfied with all the assistance I received from Wellesley Toyota when purchasing my new 2021 Toyota Prius. They treated me extremely well and respectfully offered me a fair, reasonab received from Wellesley Toyota when purchasing my new 2021 Toyota Prius. They treated me extremely well and respectfully offered me a fair, reasonable quote within my price range. They also answered all my questions regarding new features of which I was unfamiliar. I left extremely happy and will return for service. I trust Wellesley Toyota and appreciated their assistance. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy and they asked me what options and color I wanted .... if they didn’t have it on their lot they said they would try to get in in from elsewhere. I asked for a Wind Chill Pearl AWD LE-e and that’s what I have. A special thanks to Mark Welcome who made this so easy and Matthew Houlihan who seamlessly took care of the finances. More
