As always Mark in the service department has taken care of my vehicle service needs. He is honest and if he recommends something to be completed then you Know it needs to be done. He knows what customer s of my vehicle service needs. He is honest and if he recommends something to be completed then you Know it needs to be done. He knows what customer service means as well. All the service writers and sales force should take lessons from him on how to treat customers. More

Great experience just as expected. I wasn't aware of this but my car needed a new module due to Subaru getting rid of Starlink. Mark told me about the issue the last time I was in for I wasn't aware of this but my car needed a new module due to Subaru getting rid of Starlink. Mark told me about the issue the last time I was in for service. Apparently since Starlink was no longer working my car kept trying to contact the mother ship which caused a battery drain on some cars. Mark said he would order the part and call me when it came in which he did got me scheduled came in and the checked out the new cars on the lot while I waited, didn't take long and Mark had me sign for the repair which was covered under warranty and down the road I went. More

The young man that assisted me was very kind and knowledgeable. My time was corrected by service person and another feature without me asking. I was asked about other services but not badgered.
