Poor communication from service department. Did not look at my car on the day of my appointment. Was told it would be inspected first thing next morning- that did not happen. Had to stop by dealership in person and demand that they return my vehicle by a specific time so that my wife would have a car to drive. Rescheduled maintenance for later in the week and called the day before to see if the parts were in. After several calls- left messages but no return calls, found out that the parts had not been ordered. Now we’re scheduled for later the following week. Wish us luck. We were actually considering purchasing a new Subaru but are now looking elsewhere. More

I brought in a coupon from their website (with the help subaru of america phone call). The coupon was for an oil change $64.95 for my 2024 Outback. The coupon did not indicate there would be "add on" fees subaru of america phone call). The coupon was for an oil change $64.95 for my 2024 Outback. The coupon did not indicate there would be "add on" fees (in this case $10.86) nor did it say a 3% credit card fee would be added onto the total bill. This is very misleading and deceitful. I never experienced this kind of predatory practice at my former Subaru dealership in Virginia. SInce i have no other recourse i will have to rate the service department with 0 star since they represent Mr. Marion's business. More
