I did not have an appointment. I had a mechanical issue, they helped me right away— polite— did a thorough check and found the problem. Overall the service folks were great to work with, especially Mark. This visit unfortunately did hit us financially with a number of unexpected needs. Though again Mark was great to work with througho especially Mark. This visit unfortunately did hit us financially with a number of unexpected needs. Though again Mark was great to work with throughout. The only reason this isn’t a 5 start is that the front left/driver side wheel, where some of the work was completed (hub assembly and a part it connects to we’re both replaced), was squeaking the day we brought the car home. It’s progressively gotten worse, but still semi inconsistent. I’be already reached out to Mark, who was accommodating to have a tech look at it as soon as we can bring it back in. So had that squeak been noticed before we picked it up, it would not have slightly soured an overall great (albeit expensive) experience. To the squeak, not sure if a final drive by the tech was not completed? I know they did other drives. At this point just want you all to get it sorted, as it was definitely not squeaking like this with the old parts, for the front left/driver side wheel. More

Outstanding! I was soooo impressed with this service department. They really helped me out of a tough situation. Additionally, the staff were very thoughtful! The mechanic came to find me to check if I needed anything from my car because it would be on the lift for most of the day. Even more impressive was my service manager Mark! He was awesome the whole day, but at the end of a LONG day (he still had to catch up with paperwork to get home) he stopped what he was doing and came out to my car to help me figure out why my phone would not connect to my car (it ended up being my phone). I was super impressed from the first phone call in the morning to driving out of dealership that night. I would highly recommend this service department! More
