The charge to replace an O2 sensor seems based more on how much they think they can take someone for, almost $700, this seems about 2x what would be a fair charge for this. When I questioned the amount I was told, "I don't set the price" and then told it comes with a one year warranty, A laughable justification. I don't mind paying for good service but this more like opportunistic theft. I avoided this dealership for years even though they are closest to me but gave them a try in this case and then had a lapse in judgement when I approved them going ahead and fixing it since the car was already there. I'm surprised Subaru allows these guys to damage their brand, I've always gone to Subaru for service and have otherwise had good experiences. Randy Marion, "The King of Price" Indeed.
