Just bought a 2015 Fit and am very pleased! I am quite a critic of sales-people, but I liked working with Mark Yingling. He returned my calls in a timely manner and worked to get the color I wa I am quite a critic of sales-people, but I liked working with Mark Yingling. He returned my calls in a timely manner and worked to get the color I wanted as fast as possible (a month before it's scheduled arrival). He was friendly and genuine and even helped me try to fit all of my instrument cases in the trunks of multiple models. At one point, I scheduled a time to come in, but he was with another customer at the time we scheduled, but apologized and went ahead and let me do a test drive on my own. I would recommend buying a car with Mark! More

Earlier in the summer Mark took us on 3 different test drives (Civic, Accord, and CR-V) and was extremely knowledgeable about the differences in the models and all the trim levels. We have purchased many Hondas over the years and Mark has by far been the most knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He followed up but without pressure. Laura Robinette in Internet Sales was responsive and provided a very competitive price. Mark took the time to help setup Bluetooth and make sure we understood all the new features of our new car. Everyone I've met at Autopark Honda has been very accommodating and friendly. I didn't feel pressured into anything and really felt that my sales consultant, Mark Yingling, wasn't just trying to sell me a car, but that he is passionate about the product he represents. I've never had someone take the time to explain the features of a vehicle like Mark did and he seemed to really enjoy going over everything with me before I drove my new car off the lot. Johanna made the financing easy to comprehend and Edie was really helpful in getting my side molding installed within just a couple of days. Glenn reached out to me in email and Carl stopped by to introduce himself when I was making my purchase. Autopark Honda has a fan for life! More
