Overall experience was ok, we had done most of the pre work ahead of our appointment so things went pretty smooth when we got there. The salesperson did ok but did not seem very comfortable or knowledgeab work ahead of our appointment so things went pretty smooth when we got there. The salesperson did ok but did not seem very comfortable or knowledgeable with some of the questions that were asked about the vehicle and financing, and he had to ask for a lot of help. That’s fine, maybe he was newer to the role. Also, a couple days after we got home with the new vehicle we got a message saying that there were some papers that didn’t get signed at the dealership the day of the sale. Again, a smaller issue but attention to detail. One last thing is that the layout of the dealer ship seemed different as there were no offices so it wasn’t very private. Everybody was out in the open at separate tables. Like mentioned, it wasn’t a horrible buying experience but there are a few things that I did notice. More

Went into purchase car, knew what I wanted and had my own financing already lined up. Just waiting on a purchase agreement. After test driving and getting a purchase agreement drawn up and signed, I was t financing already lined up. Just waiting on a purchase agreement. After test driving and getting a purchase agreement drawn up and signed, I was told that some other lady is interested in the car and is coming to pay with a check. I felt this was their attempt at rushing me to my bank to get payment even though I was planning to put down $18,000 cash. Kind of felt like a slimy dealership tactic and I didn’t like it at all. I was almost ready to walk. Apparently, that “fact” came from the finance manager, who was already upset that I didn’t choose the dealership financing. Then three weeks later when I called to find out if my license plates have arrived there or not, I was told to wait for the 90-day temporary tag on my vehicle to expire and that they don’t send them out before then. Before I even went to the dealership, I was well aware of the Wallser “no negotiate“ tactic as I’ve purchased vehicles before with them. Kind of thought that would go both ways, but they really wanted me to use their dealership financing even though it was significantly more expensive. More
