Out of state customer had trans issue I was headed to Key West FL for a family vacation when my 2016 Ram 2500 check engine light came on. Shortly after discovering that my transmission shi I was headed to Key West FL for a family vacation when my 2016 Ram 2500 check engine light came on. Shortly after discovering that my transmission shift Solenoid went out I was in Key Largo about 60 miles from Spitzers. I call and connected with Jose. Without dragging this out to long it was an excellent experience. Jose was super helpful in getting me worked in and also connecting me with a rental car. I truly can’t say enough great thing about my dealings with Jose. I sure hope he is recognized for this survey he is truly an asset to this dealership. Also after I received my truck back which was fixed correctly by the tech In a super fast manner. I noticed that some grease was on my head liner and visor. I called back was advised to bring it by on my way back into Miami and Marco would take care of me. Like my other experiance it was great too absolutely no issues Marco got a very nice man from detail to come out and it was cleaned up In less that 10 min and me and my family were back on the road. Thanks again Spitzer for the great customer service I hope all these guys are recognized for their excellent work!!!! More

I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS HERE!! It started with the price of the car, the paper on the window of the vehicle clearly stated in large font, 13,102.00 and as I’m starting the paperwork It started with the price of the car, the paper on the window of the vehicle clearly stated in large font, 13,102.00 and as I’m starting the paperwork and after I run my credit of course, the price went from 13,102 to 14,270. When I noticed the change I informed the sales person Elvia (who was about the only one that did provide good customer service) she went to inform the manager and of course there was an excuse, the girl who was responsible for changing the paper didn’t do and now it’s nothing th y can do about it and the price is the price. So now I’m stuck making a decision if I want to continue to proceed with the process, after I ran my credit, of course I did like the vehicle and I was like ok let’s continue, I don’t want to keep waiting and I’m comfortable with the numbers... so then the general manager tells me he’s going to include details to the car and he’s gonna have them make me a spare for my inconvenience and full tank of gas and all that... so then he tells me that I can leave the vehicle with them a day before and take a loaner, so I agree and I’m back to being relatively excited. I left them the vehicle yesterday and so I asked heybwhile your keeping the vehicle can you please detail it and have them look at a sound it’s making... fast forward and it’s time to go get the vehicle and of course the guy who makes the key didn’t come (oh and here the good part I had to pay for the gas of the rental which was practically for no reason) and come to find out the detail wasn’t done and the mechanic says he couldn’t find the sound I’m hearing... so I said let me have the corporate phone number.. oh what do you think they have me their spare key for my vehicle.. which I could have had the day I was leaving with the vehicle. I had to go pick up the rental and drop off the rental and put gas in vehicle that I didn’t even want and apparently need. All in all terrible horrible service and the so the manager whose name is Steve,gives me the corporate number and tells me that I do have the right to complain.. like really I didn’t think I needed your permission (after he tried very diligently to avoid giving me the number) People are supposed to feel excited and happy buying a car that’s relatively brand new... but not me worse experience ever and i promise I’m never coming to this dealership again and I won’t recommend it to anyone! More

Excelent service!! We are really impressed with you helping us out while we were on vacation and had a emission code come up even though you were very busy. Excellent Customer Service Love my recent Pacifa, but hate the 3rd row sensitive sensor component of locking the seats. Wish there was a way for owners to reset.. Came into the dealer to have my seats reset due to an afternoon soccer game with 7 girls and Marko(service manager) went out of his way to help me and fix the problem!! Life saver!!! More
