I’m extremely disappointed with Spitzer dealership. I’m hoping that whoever decides to buy a car from here will read this review and use this as a warning moving forward. My husband went the other day and hoping that whoever decides to buy a car from here will read this review and use this as a warning moving forward. My husband went the other day and asked for an appraisal on his 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 and if they would help him turn in the car to get the new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland that came out. Not only did they say they would pay off the truck, say there was 14k in equity AND on top of that give us $3,500 cash take home.. they literally did all the paperwork, switched out the tag from truck to SUV and hand us the keys to our brand new car to take home… we were so happy that everything went smooth and all. Friends and family could not believe it.. to the point where we were now becoming unsure ourselves. My husband and a family member who also worked for Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep in past looked through the contract and figured that Spitzer had dropped the ball on the deal. They were screwing us over. To the point where had we never found out they would have came to us and asked for 25k to pay. How the xxxx do you miss that?! My husband did the right thing and went back days two days later and told them that he noticed the discrepancy and what do they say? “xxxx you’re right we messed up but hold on we’re gonna work something out hold on.” In the end they came back and said that our new monthly payment would go up to 1k A MONTH. I went there to lower my monthly payment not to pay more than what I was paying!! Luckily our truck was still there and could give it back! Imagine if our truck was gone! They would have screwed us over all because of THEIR MISTAKE. So moral of the story is, even if they are the “experts” if I were you and am financing or leasing a car I would bring someone that knows about these contracts because clearly they don’t give three sh**ts if you can make the payments or not. If you don’t believe me then when you get to the dealer ask for Marko Torres and Rene Tejera. Funny how after they gave us the truck back they want to send a survey… incredible. More

Worst Service Dept. A comedy of errors with each trip to service dept. It has only gotten worse since Marko has been there. Marko Torres and the service department were excellent On 11/18 my radiator fan failed in my Promaster City while on vacation in Big Pine Key. After two days of Key West Dodge Chrysler ignoring me and Fiat On 11/18 my radiator fan failed in my Promaster City while on vacation in Big Pine Key. After two days of Key West Dodge Chrysler ignoring me and Fiat Chrysler Service Center only telling me why the could not help me, I was facing a dark and gloomy situation of having to pay to tow a vehicle under full warranty to Homestead and rent a car for two weeks and return to pick up my car according to the Fiat Chrysler Service Center. On 11/20 I contacted Spitzer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Homestead Service Center and spoke with Marco Torres. Suddenly the sun was shining brightly! Instead of having people tell me why they could not help me, Marko began working on a way to help me. By Tuesday afternoon a tow truck was on the way to pick up my van. By Wednesday afternoon my van was repaired and ready to go. I picked up my van on Friday at 7:30 and headed home. I consider the service I received from Marco Torres above and beyond! I believe Fiat Chrysler gaining the trust of current and previous customers is dependent on Customer Service. More
