Thankful for the experience I did not expect to purchase my car when I walked into the dealership that day. In fact, I had not even considered purchasing or driving a Lincoln MKX I did not expect to purchase my car when I walked into the dealership that day. In fact, I had not even considered purchasing or driving a Lincoln MKX in the past! My mother and I decided to stop by the dealership, the last stop on our weekend long search for cars for me. I'm in nursing school and needed something reliable, safe, and that would last me the next several years. After walking in the dealership and meeting with Markus Hartley, I knew this was the place I needed to be! I felt protected and listened to. Markus was never pushy, never tried to extend me past my budget, and really let me make my own decisions and form my own opinions about the SUVs that I drove that day. This was definitely something new to experience! All the other dealerships had sales reps who didn't listen to the things I was looking for and tried to sell me at a much higher price than my budget. Markus listened, was patient, and spent time with my mom and I, long after the dealership had closed. I very much appreciate the time he spent helping me, the honest opinions he gave me about the cars, the history of the cars, the previous drivers, and how we could stick within my budget. I went back after the purchase to have a few dents fixed up, and they were done beautifully! Markus gets an A+ for communication, something I feel is the most important part in sales. Only being the second car I have ever owned (and the first I have saved for and purchased myself, paid in full!), I feel like Ford Lincoln of Franklin is a dealership I can absolutely trust should anything ever need to be worked on or taken car of with my SUV. I'm thankful to have found a place I can trust, and even more thankful I worked with an employee who built that bond of trust in the first place. I can definitely say that I will recommend Ford Lincoln of Franklin to any of my friends looking for vehicles in the future. Markus understood my needs, drove me around the lot and we found exactly what I was looking for. The entire process was pleasant and fast, which I value because of my busy schedule. The finance experience with Marcus Smith was exceptional, I was in his office for less than 10 minutes and he mirrored by sense of urgency to get everything taken care of quickly. All three staff members I came in contact with were professional and knowledgeable about the product and services they offered. More
