New Aviator!! Everyone at the dealership was great. Stephen, Markus, and Ish were amazing!! They were able to locate a new Aviator with all of the features that w Everyone at the dealership was great. Stephen, Markus, and Ish were amazing!! They were able to locate a new Aviator with all of the features that we wanted at another dealership and had it for us within 2 days. As it turned out there were some issues with the car, none of which were Lincoln of Franklin's fault, but they were able to resolve all of them to our satisfaction. Excellent Customer Service After only having my Ford Edge less than a week, the check engine light came on. I immediately took it to the dealership. Hunter quickly figured out w After only having my Ford Edge less than a week, the check engine light came on. I immediately took it to the dealership. Hunter quickly figured out what was wrong and he said he would do everything he could to get my car back to me. I was given a ride home due to that no courtesy vehicles were available. Orlando drove me home and he assured me as well that Hunter would make sure I was taken care of. Hunter kept me updated by phone call or text, which was awesome.
