Being in business, I don't have a lot of time to sit and wait for a test drive, or wait on a long negotiation process going back and forth. My first contact was with Marla from Internet Sales, and she made sure the truck was ready for a test drive upon my arrival and greeted me quickly. I was lucky enough to then meet Micky, my salesman, who was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and made the entire experience fun, fast and pleasant. (which is just what I was looking for) The entire dealership staff was friendly and efficient. When we discussed price, Micky took me seriously and understood I had a time constraint and he was able to offer me a fair price in a timely manner. Again, I appreciated that. Upon delivery, the truck was cleaned and met my expectations. The finance and warranty paperwork process with Charlie Samons was also quick and efficient, and I was very comfortable with the staff. It was obvious that Maple Crest Ford processes' are seamless and their desire to offer a great buying experience for every customer was evident. I believe buying experiences should be fun and shouldn't be a hassle, and Maple Crest Ford, Micky and Charlie delivered on all levels. Charlie and Mickey are a credit to this dealership. I told Micky I'll be back and it will be a pleasure to see him again. Thank you all! More

I was able to test drive a couple of different models on my own without anyone else accompanying me which I appreciated because it allowed me to focus on the driving experience itself. James did a thorough job of explaining the various features of the car, and when the first one I test drove wasn't an ideal fit, he helped me find one that was. The no pressure approach, the communication, and friendly nature of both of them helped make it a great experience, and I would recommend Maplecrest Ford to anybody else. More
