I worked with Marlend Kaceli and he was terrific. He pointed to the car that my wife and I were looking for but did not know it existed, a soft top 4 series x drive. In addition, our lease for our 6 se pointed to the car that my wife and I were looking for but did not know it existed, a soft top 4 series x drive. In addition, our lease for our 6 series needed to be extended several times before the 4 series was available and he supported me through the process of working through what was needed from BMW financial services to make the deal happen.
