Paul and Marlenea in the service department were incredibly helpful when we brought our Sprinter Van into the service department on our cross country trip. This was the 3rd Mercedes dealer we stoppe incredibly helpful when we brought our Sprinter Van into the service department on our cross country trip. This was the 3rd Mercedes dealer we stopped at because we were having engine trouble. The first two dealerships incorrectly diagnosed the problem and assured us everything was fixed. When we got 1200 miles from home, the check engine light came on again. Paul quickly diagnosed the problem and they even had the parts sent over night and fixed it the next day so we could get back on the road. They gave us a loaner vehicle for our night in Oklahoma City and got us in and out as quickly as they possibly could. We made it back home to Nevada without any further issues. Thank you Paul and Marlenea! More

I recently had my Airstream Interstate Van serviced here and far one of the most professional class act service department’s that I have dealt with! I recently had my Airstream Interstate Van serviced here and they did an absolute wonderful job. Marlena Steffens was my Sprinter Service Advisor and she was fantastic with her professional handling of overseeing the repairs on my van. Ms. Steffens was very thorough in communicating to me exactly what needed to be done, what was being done and the time it would take to complete. Marlena Steffens is definitely an asset to Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City, as she is Excellent with customer communications and satisfaction! Craig Walker and Paul were also two very exceptional people to work with at this service department. More

Our mechanic was awesome. Our service associate..not so much We had two modules go bad on the driver’s side kick panel. There is a leak somewhere in the Mercedes chassis that Mercedes has not identified, yet, an We had two modules go bad on the driver’s side kick panel. There is a leak somewhere in the Mercedes chassis that Mercedes has not identified, yet, and water is corroding the modules. We had to be towed to OKC for repairs. The nights were dropping below freezing, which was an issue for us. We had not winterized our RV, since we were passing through and heading to warmer weather. We asked that our RV be put inside to avoid any problems with freezing. The first night they pulled it inside. The second night they did not. The temps dropped to 24 that night. I had turned off the propane (so no heater and no water heater) because they put it inside the first night and were supposed to put it inside the second night as well. Luckily, nothing froze. But we were very upset with Marlena, who we felt was doing everything to not take responsibility for the mistake. She did the same thing, again, when we discussed the leak and the corroded modules, claiming that it was highly unlikely it was Mercedes’s issue. She wanted to put the blame on the RV manufacturer, despite Mercedes having a “paper” out on the leaking issue and damaged modules, despite the mechanic saying the leak was coming from the chassis, despite me offering to show her a video of the RV manufacturing process that shows the windshield remaining intact throughout the entire assembly of the RV, despite me telling her that the service department at the RV manufacturer said unequivocally that they do not do any cutting to the Mercedes chassis. I received even worse behavior when I expressed frustration that we had spent a week there waiting for parts and assembly and were told we would get no compensation for hotels or food or the plane ticket and hotel the Mas had to get in order to get to his event in Las Vegas. As a final straw, I asked to photocopy a part of the bill that I had signed because she did not give me a copy, and she was just rude. On a positive note, our mechanic Paul was great. He explained everything to us. He was honest about the damage and the repair. He even drove us to our hotel the first night. That guy needs a raise!! He was the picture of perfect customer service. He knew the problem was on Mercedes’s part. He didn’t try to avoid responsibility for the problem or act like it was the fault of anyone but Mercedes. He researched the problem, ordered the parts, and fixed the problem. Very professional. Very compassionate. Very kind. We would come back just for him, but we would not deal with Marlena again. More
