I have been in Dealership automotive repair industry for 28 years and blessed to become a part of the Mercedes-Benz of Okc team since October of 2015. I am "Nana" to 10 amazing grand kids that are the loves of my life. I love to read, paint, and decorate. I love helping people and have a very positive, tender heart for others. I take care of the Mercedes Cars, SUVs and Sprinter Commercial Vans and Motor homes. I absolutely love my customers and taking care of all of their service and repair needs. Great emergency service We were traveling across country when the 'check engine light' went on in our 2016 Winnebago ERA Mercedes Sprinter van went on suddenly on a Sunday. L We were traveling across country when the 'check engine light' went on in our 2016 Winnebago ERA Mercedes Sprinter van went on suddenly on a Sunday. Luckily we were only 200 miles west of Oklahoma City. we got to the dealership soon after they open at 7:30 and the service consultant, Marlenea Steffens, took us right in without an appointment, understood the problem, and got it back to the technician, Drew Hayes. Although it took him most of the day to fully diagnose the related problems (NOX sensors and catalytic converter) and several test drives, he kept us updated and got everything working properly. We were very happy with the experience and staff. All the staff was very pleasant and the waiting room was luxurious and not a bad spot to wait at all! More

Fantastic service experience We were traveling through Oklahoma in our Mercedes Sprinter-based RV when the dreaded "Check Engine" light came on. We called several shops hoping tha We were traveling through Oklahoma in our Mercedes Sprinter-based RV when the dreaded "Check Engine" light came on. We called several shops hoping that someone could take a look and tell us how bad the problem was, but everyone we called was either too busy or couldn't work on our RV because they didn't know the chassis. Finally, we reached MB of OKC and they told us to stop by, and no promises, but they would see what they could do. We didn't arrive until 430pm, but Marlenea checked us in quickly, and we sat in their comfortable waiting area sipping very tasty coffee while dreading the outcome. The technician, Drew, was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. They had the part we needed in stock, and he was able to install it within an hour. Before 6pm, we were on the road again with a fixed RV! Thank you so much to Marlenea and especially to Drew for saving our trip! I hope we don't need to come back, but I would do so with confidence if needed. More

We paid for nothing We were at the dealership for over 8 hours waiting and you guys said you fixed our problem, then 80 miles down the interstate, we had the same problem We were at the dealership for over 8 hours waiting and you guys said you fixed our problem, then 80 miles down the interstate, we had the same problem happen again. I have requested a refund but never heard back . We are a band that we’re traveling through , and once we arrived to your dealership, you said you couldn’t see us that day, so we got several hotel rooms and came back in the next morning at opening , waited til almost closing time and still was never fixed after you all said it was fixed. More

Great service on my Sprinter Had an unexpected issue with my Sprinter while traveling through Oklahoma. Called the dealership in Oklahoma City and explained my issue. They said they would do what they could to work me in. Sure enough, Marlenea (the service advisor) fit me in the same day and the service technician worked through what was a challenging intermittent problem what would have prevented me from my trip. Excellent service and excellent customer care. Having people like those that assisted me makes having a Mercedes product worth it. More
