The last 2 times I have brought my vehicle in to be serviced, they have said it would be ready in 1-2 days but it hasn’t been ready for 5-6 days. And advisers never call to give me an update, I have to serviced, they have said it would be ready in 1-2 days but it hasn’t been ready for 5-6 days. And advisers never call to give me an update, I have to call and ask where my vehicle is. I understand parts are challenging to come by during this pandemic but this is more than a parts issue. Both times I have spent a considerable amount of money and never have I been offered a free rental as a convenience nor have I been treated as a valued customer. I have spent upwards of $3,000 this year at your dealership alone. Going to start bringing my vehicle in to Buerkle Honda. More

sales added a service contract to price when I asked them not to. I did not see it on the final tally sheet until after I went home. Up to this point we have been to your service department on many occasions without a problem. We keep our car washed, bring it in for maintenance as needed and tires rotated as should be.
