I brought my Honda Fit in for a recall. They performed the service the same day and required very little from me. I can’t speak to pricing because it was free as a recall. I take my car to your dealership for all my maintenance and repairs. I have only had good experiences. The staff is friendly and very efficient. We had contacted Rapids Honda and Natalie Cherne quickly confirmed that the dealership had the model, trim level, and color available. She provided an e-mail link to the car. Upon arrival, we were greeted b confirmed that the dealership had the model, trim level, and color available. She provided an e-mail link to the car. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Eric Muvihill, our Sales Consultant. Eric meticulously showed us every detail of the Pilot we were there to see. He was patient and at no time did we feel pressured or rushed. Eric is a good listener, is an excellent communicator, and was attentive to our needs. Eric is very polite and professional. Scott, the Sales Manager, was courteous and helpful during the process. Marlin Haney followed up the next day with a phone call to schedule accessory installation; that level of courteous and accommodating follow-through is frosting on the cake! More

I brought my brand new Accord in to have the windows tinted and a remote starter put it. I picked it up the next day, and there was a dent and two deep scratches on my door. I’ve worked with Marlin the last couple times I’ve been into Honda and he is so friendly and super helpful. My car didn’t get fixed that same day so he set me up with a loaner car and kept me in the loop a into Honda and he is so friendly and super helpful. Marlin was welcoming. He explained everything that would be done on my Honda H-RV and provided a vehicle for my use. When I returned to pick it up, that process was also very smooth. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with the Rapids Honda service staff. I've dealt with Chad, Marlin and Lucas, and all are very friendly, professional, and they get the job done right, and in a timel Honda service staff. I purchased my 2016 Honda Civic from Rapids Honda in 2019 and have had a wonderful experience each time I’ve brought it in for maintenance. Marlin Haney has been wonderful in ensuring all proper maintenance and have had a wonderful experience each time I’ve brought it in for maintenance. Marlin Haney has been wonderful in ensuring all proper maintenance is being done while taking the time to explain what, if any, additional areas need to be looked at in the future. More
