The tech didn't put my oil cap back on and I found it after 3 weeks. I moved 100 miles away and don't want to drive back, but the service advisor who picked up the phone refused to do anything for me except I drive the car back and they take a look.
Pay extra attention when you do service here. Extremely disappointed.
--Edit: My service advisor Marlin Haney reached out to me and offered reimbursement if there is any for me to go to local dealer while there was actually no charge. He also offered me next free oil change and cleaning/rental.
