He directed me to an advisor who had to leave after checking me in, then was moved to another. I was early for my appt, still checked in early, but my vehicle wasn't put on the lift for the oil change and rotation until a hour AFTER my appt time. Then the advisor tried to charge for the tire rotation again for tires purchased here. The last time I was in there this was supposed to be noted from the $4k service appt last time that included the tires. Pretty disappointing experience all around. 2 stars at absolute best.

Marlin, my Service Advisor, listened to my concerns on
the phone when I made my service appointment. He told me he would be at the dealership to greet me, personally, at 9 a.m., the next morning.

Marlin found me in the lobby and presented me with my receipt and fob and showed me where my CRV was parked.
Marlin exceeded my expectations.
