Exceptional Experience at Braman Porsche West Palm Beach – Ask for Nick and Krystal! I recently purchased a 2019 Porsche Cayenne from Braman Porsche West Palm Beach, and I can confidently say this was on – Ask for Nick and Krystal! I recently purchased a 2019 Porsche Cayenne from Braman Porsche West Palm Beach, and I can confidently say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. As someone who currently owns a 2015 Porsche Cayenne Diesel, I’ve dealt with multiple Porsche dealerships within a 50-mile radius of Miami — and Braman stood out above the rest in every way. From the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism, transparency, and genuine customer care. Krystal in the service department was an absolute standout. I had a number of service-related concerns, and she handled everything efficiently and with incredible empathy. She turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth, positive experience — getting my car back up and running in no time. Through Krystal’s excellent service, I was introduced to Nick, my sales advisor, who made the entire purchasing process effortless. He was calm, clear, and transparent — never pushy. He walked me through every option and worked in great harmony with the service team to ensure all concerns were addressed. Even a minor cosmetic issue with the car was handled quickly and with the highest level of integrity. What really set Nick apart was that he was on my side during the decision-making process — a rare quality in the car sales world. His professionalism, honesty, and support made a lasting impression on me. I truly hope this positive exchange continues throughout the years to come — both in service and future vehicle purchases. If you’re considering a Porsche, don’t waste your time dealership-hopping like I did. Head straight to Braman Porsche West Palm Beach. Ask for Krystal in service and Nick in sales — you won’t regret it. More

Even though I was purchasing from out of state, the process was predominantly efficient and well-managed. The dealership arranged the signing of all necessary documents, handled the vehicle registration, and even referred me to a reliable transport service for the car. The salesman, Romi, was especially helpful throughout the entire process. He was efficient, communicative, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I was very impressed with how they handled any hurdles that appeared in the buying process and made sure to resolve them, which ultimately left me feeling very positive about the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Porsche West Palm Beach (Braman Motorcars) to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Their dedication to customer service, especially when dealing with out-of-state buyers, really sets them apart. More
