I wasn't a believer I had a bad service experience 2 years ago & it wasn't pretty. I wasn't a fan at all, after that until I met Marlo at my nail salon. She heard me talk I had a bad service experience 2 years ago & it wasn't pretty. I wasn't a fan at all, after that until I met Marlo at my nail salon. She heard me talking about my initial experience and struck up a conversation with me about it. She told me she worked for Malouf & really listened to my concern and asked me if I would consider giving Malouf another try for my next service. She didn't want me to just write them off. Mind you, this is the first time I ever met Marlo! Marlo is very engaging and really cares about her customers and the organization she works for. Because of the conversation with Marlo and Marlo's commitment to her customers, I agreed to give it another try. I called Marlo & asked how I go about getting the recall on my car done. A Job Well Done Malouf Ford did oil change, tire rotation, performed recall and even fixed an annoying thump in back of my Escape by replacing a bad shock.
