She heard me talk I had a bad service experience 2 years ago & it wasn't pretty. I wasn't a fan at all, after that until I met Marlo at my nail salon. She heard me talking about my initial experience and struck up a conversation with me about it. She told me she worked for Malouf & really listened to my concern and asked me if I would consider giving Malouf another try for my next service. She didn't want me to just write them off. Mind you, this is the first time I ever met Marlo! Marlo is very engaging and really cares about her customers and the organization she works for. Because of the conversation with Marlo and Marlo's commitment to her customers, I agreed to give it another try. I called Marlo & asked how I go about getting the recall on my car done. Within 20 minutes she had texted me with the date/time of my appt. Marlo EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! Marlo is the ONLY reason I gave them another try. Marlo goes above & beyond for her customers, as it should be. She's a great asset to this company. More
