I had an issue with my 2020 Ford edge where it shuddered at around 2,000 RPM. Once I got above that to highway cruising speeds it was fine. I brought it in and they diagnosed it as needing a torque conve at around 2,000 RPM. Once I got above that to highway cruising speeds it was fine. I brought it in and they diagnosed it as needing a torque converter. After they installed the torque converter, however, the road test showed other failures. Long story short, they ended up overhauling the entire transmission. The best part is that they had given me a brand new 2026 Ford Explorer as a loaner for the entire time they had the vehicle. It took a while to fix, but like the pizza box says, "good food takes time". The service representative kept me informed frequently. And since the car is under the extended warranty I only had to pay $100 deductible. More

Went in for oil change tire rotation but have them look at one tire losing air. yes, there was a nail. My Service manager was George. George provided outstanding service. The dealer Malouf sent a loaner car to my house and we exchanged the loaner and my Lincoln Navigator.
