Tire Problems again I had a flat tire and because it had to be replaced as the tire had a cut in the side wall. I took it to the dealer because I paid $ 700.00 for tire i I had a flat tire and because it had to be replaced as the tire had a cut in the side wall. I took it to the dealer because I paid $ 700.00 for tire insurance when I purchased the 2014 Escape. Turns out the Insurance expired on Sept. 30. I was under the impression the tire Insurance was good for 120,000 miles. So I had to pay for the tire. I never receive a notice telling me the tire Ins. expired. Need less to say I am disappointed. Everyone is so nice and helpful at the service desk. My salesperson Marlo Hirshon is great. Just disappointed about the tire Ins. This is the 2nd time the Ins. failed me. More
