I highly recommend Malouf for anyone considering purchasing an auto. I was treated with respect and felt Marlo (sales) listened to my issues and was there to help. Don (sales manager) was also knowledgeable and reassuring about my concerns. The customer focus continued on the day I picked up the car. I was given a facility tour, met key folks that will be assisting me for the time I have my car, and training on the technology options in my car. I was given a clear, detailed explanation and understood my pricing and financing. I felt like a part of the Malouf Family. I plan on being a lifetime customer. More
