No delivery option was given to me and detailing was awful. I spent 52,500 with this dealership and I live over 300 miles away. I had to clean my windshield before I drove home. So not only did I put ov awful. I spent 52,500 with this dealership and I live over 300 miles away. I had to clean my windshield before I drove home. So not only did I put over 600 miles on my old car but I put 300 miles on my new car getting it home. Love my car but I feel like the dealership could have been more accommodating since I drove so far. More

The process was not complicated. However the car delivered was not 100% in good shape. The leather seats had cracks and inside was not totally clean. There was also the strange odor However the car delivered was not 100% in good shape. The leather seats had cracks and inside was not totally clean. There was also the strange odor inside which my husband said was not good. Another issue was the wiper blades which was almost worn out and the floor mats were dirty too. I guess they were trying to hurry up to close the deal and deliver the car to us. I’m hoping the Lexus dealer will have all the issues taken care off in order for us to have a great experience and come back soon. Thank you for your time. More
